Yes — Basic gets a 30-day free trial, Premium gets 14 days. We collect a card on file at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial directly from your dashboard, and you will not be charged a single cent.
Yes. Cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. No phone calls, no retention hoops. You can also pause or downgrade through the Stripe customer portal we link to from your subscription page.
No. Every one-time report (Premium Kundali, Career, Marriage, etc.) is purchasable without a subscription. Premium subscribers get all of these included free — it is the better value if you plan to buy more than one or two.

If you are unhappy with a one-time report or a subscription charge, ask within 30 days and we will refund you, no questions asked. Astrologer-led readings are also covered — payouts to astrologers are held 30 days for exactly this reason.

Yes. Your birth profiles and AI chats are visible only to you and any astrologer you explicitly invite. We do not train models on your data. You can delete your account and all associated data from your settings page at any time.
Astrologers join free. The platform takes a 10% commission on any client payment that flows through pyastro (configurable per astrologer). You manage clients, generate charts, and unlock readings — clients see your work, not raw AI output.
You'll see a friendly nudge when you hit your 200/month limit. You can upgrade to Premium (unlimited messages) at any time and we will prorate the difference, or wait for the next monthly reset.
