pyastro is a software platform that provides Vedic astrology tools, including but not limited to: birth chart generation, compatibility analysis (Kundali matching), daily forecasts, transit alerts, AI-powered interpretations, and a marketplace connecting users with independent astrologers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY AS AN INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT TOOL. ALL ASTROLOGICAL CONTENT, READINGS, INTERPRETATIONS, PREDICTIONS, COMPATIBILITY ANALYSES, FORECASTS, REMEDIES, AND GUIDANCE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE — WHETHER GENERATED BY SOFTWARE, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, OR INDEPENDENT ASTROLOGERS — ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

You acknowledge and agree that you use any astrological content, predictions, guidance, or recommendations provided through the Service entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should always consult qualified licensed professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, licensed counselors) for decisions affecting your health, legal rights, finances, or personal relationships.
Astrology is a traditional knowledge system, not an empirically validated science. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or validity of any astrological content, predictions, compatibility scores, remedial suggestions, timing recommendations, or other output generated by the Service.
Astrological interpretations are based on classical Vedic texts and traditions and reflect patterns and tendencies, not certainties. Life outcomes are influenced by countless factors beyond the scope of any astrological analysis.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
Portions of the Service use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate astrological interpretations, compatibility analyses, forecasts, and other content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. AI models are trained on data and may produce outputs that are inconsistent, outdated, or contextually inappropriate.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors or biases. You should exercise your own judgment when interpreting any AI-generated astrological content.
Astrologers listed on our marketplace are independent contractors, not employees or agents of pyastro. We do not endorse, certify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the qualifications, advice, services, or conduct of any astrologer. Any engagement between you and an astrologer is a direct relationship between the two of you.
We are not liable for any advice, recommendations, predictions, or services provided by independent astrologers, regardless of whether the interaction occurred through our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription charges recur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Digital content that has been accessed or consumed may not be eligible for a refund.
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to pyastro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of your own generated reports.
You agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PYASTRO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pyastro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
